On Friday 30th October women will effectively receive their last pay cheque of the year. The full-time gender pay gap of 17.1% is the equivalent of men being paid all year round while women work for free after 30th October. To mark this weve declared tomorrow Equal Pay Day in the UK – and individuals and groups across the country will be taking action and calling on the Government to get tough on the pay gap
