…and keep on having to hear on the radio
and the best is no one knows who you are
just another girl alone at the bar
don’t trust a hoe never trust a hoe wont trust a hoe wont trust me
shush girl shut your lips do the Helen Keller and talk with your hips
i said shush girl shut your lips do the Helen Keller and talk with your hips
From ‘Don’t Trust Me’ by 303
I know how I read into this and it’s not good! What about you?

I think the Hellen Keller part is one of the worst lines I've heard in a long time.
Not only is it in slightly bad taste… it just makes the guy sound like an idiot. The phrase "white guy tries to rap and fails" comes to mind.
Here in the UK, BBC Radio 1 seemed to have cottoned on to this (probably after some complaints I assume) and have now (poorly) edited the offending lyric out of the track.
How the song got onto the Radio 1 playlist in the first place, I do not know…

Yes, I heard it today and noticed the omitted words. They were also interviewing the guys behind the song and it was exactly what you would expect; talking about calling out to hot girls blah blah blah…I don't think they had to try to sound like idiots
